**Role Description**:
**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. The trainee will oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant premises, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
2. The trainee will manage repair and maintenance schedules for equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure they are in good working condition.
3. The trainee will be able to handle renovations, upgrades, and facility improvements as needed to maintain or enhance the restaurant's aesthetic appeal and functionality.
4. The trainee supervises daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
5. The trainee will implement and enforse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
6.The trainee monitors inventory levels and ordering supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed to support operational needs while minimizing waste and costs.
7. The trainee addresses customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience and uphold the restaurant's reputation.
8. The trainee ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and fire safety protocols. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards or compliance issues.
9. The trainee develops and manages budgets for facility maintenance, operations, and capital expenditures. Monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service standards.
10. The trainee will analyze financial reports and performance metrics to track progress against budgetary goals and identify areas for improvement.
11. THe trainee provides ongoing coaching and performance feedback to employees to foster professional growth and enhance job performance.
