Job Description
- Responsibilities- Liaise with tenants to gain insights to sales trends and performance through regular meetings and visitations- Analyse tenants’ performance through retail indicators like GTO per square foot and occupancy costs- Assist in the day-to-day functions and operations of the center management office- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Operations to address and resolve issues- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills- Possesses an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively- Meticulous and detail-oriented
