Job Description
You will be assisting the team on tenant engagement activities and administrative work in preparation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) for Plaza Singapura.
Responsibilities- Assist with leasing administrative matters such as reminding tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report etc.- Assist with updating of leasing floor plan- Assist with data analysis of tenant's sales performance- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel- Detail-oriented and meticulous- Good team player- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
