**About Sales Leader at Nogle**
We are looking for a Sales Leader at Nogle in Singapore. The Sales Leader will establish and strengthen key client relationships with the Business Development team to focus on driving revenue, thought leadership, and customer service, by possessing an expert understanding of fintech sales, operations, and ecosystem. The role covers a broad range of sales activities from qualifying and following new leads through to commercial closure, and you will be leading a team of sales experts located across different geographies.
**What will you need to do**:
- Design, implement and manage B2B sales forecasting and planning processes.
- Maintain and build relationships with key decision makers both internally and externally at all levels.
- Monitor all aspects of key competitors, analyze their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and develop sales strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Accounting, and Tech teams to understand the business objectives and create the annual marketing plans in line with these objectives.
- Track progress of key projects and initiatives, including, but not limited to, identifying meaningful metrics, capturing data, and updating leadership.
- Revenue planning and inputs for leadership updates.
- Lead, develop and mentor the sales team so they are well equipped, motivated and able to outperform all metrics, including financial and non-financial such as career development.
**What do you need to have**:
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations Leadership in a highly matrixed organization, preferably in the fintech space.
- Excellent communication skills with experience representing the company’s offerings to senior and executive level management (both internal and external).
- Outbound Skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Discovery, Sales Process, Deal Closing and Negotiation, Strategic Account Management
- Excellent English communication (speaking and writing) skills across multiple communications channels.
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Advanced relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally (clients, intermediaries, professional bodies).
- An understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
- Willingness to travel is a plus.
