
Sales Leader

Our client, a prestigious education group boasting a diverse portfolio of well-established brands, is seeking a highly disciplined and adaptable Sales Leader to drive enrolment performance and lead a dedicated sales team of five. We are open to candidates from any industry – our only mandate is that you are a quick and receptive learner who can effectively transition from traditional commercial sales practices to master the unique, consultative dynamics of enrolment within the education sector. This is a chance to apply commercial rigor to a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will report to a bright and experienced Commercial Director and take full ownership of the group's sales/ enrolment performance. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the sales strategy, while establishing robust, replicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that guarantee consistency and excellence across all brands. This role demands strong strategic thinking and operational discipline, leading a cross-functional team that includes Academic Leaders, Sales Executives, and Call Centre staff. Your core mandate includes sales coaching, tracking critical KPIs, and rigorously enforcing structured sales processes across the brands.
Requirements
We are seeking a proven Sales Manager with over 9 years' experience , including at least 3 years in a direct leadership role . The ideal candidate is highly people-oriented, execution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While a successful sales track record from any industry is accepted, you must demonstrate a love for learning and possess the patience and emotional intelligence required to collaborate effectively with people across all organizational levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership. Individuals may be a Sales Manager/ Consultative Sales/ Enrolment Manager/ Relationship Sales.
