**Senior Engineer, Proposal & Projects**Vallianz Offshore Marine Pte Ltd**Location: Singapore**

**Job Purpose**:

- To work, co-ordinate (internal & external) for business development & preparation of

tender or other enquiries for the new specialized marine vessels and other offshore

projects incl. renewables.

**Responsibilities**:

- To receive, study, analyse and interpret multi discipline tenders to fully and clearly

understand and assess the scope of work.
- Distribute tender/enquiry documents and subsequent addendums to relevant parties.

Receive inputs, study and analyse the technical and commercial data and communicate

tender clarifications (pre-bid & post bid) to all concerned.
- Effectively communicate internally and externally to all stakeholders related to tender/

enquiry response preparation for completeness of bid for submission.
- Communicate with external agencies for getting their offers and even on commercial

matters.
- To ensure compliance with company HSEQ standards and where necessary assist with the

development of new procedures, standards and practices.
- The role requires someone who can efficiently coordinate the enquiry preparation &
response process (internally & externally) to produce quality proposals.
- To prepare presentation, notes etc. on various business, technology & process

improvements in Energy sector.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- Preferably with 5+ years of related working experience
- Previous knowledge of working on Business Development, Tenders, Tender submissions

and interaction with clients
- Curious and able to learn on his/her own
- Good time management skills
- Effective communicator with techno commercial acumen and flexible attitude
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Aware of Oil & Gas and/or Renewable Marine Business
- Strong MS Office hands-on experience
- Good presentation capability
