On behalf of one of its clients, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a: Customer Support ExecutiveOur client is the leading global manufacturer of inflatable boats for professionals.The Customer Support Executive is a key role within its Singapore office with responsibility for coordinating boat-building projects and the opportunity to develop into a more sales focused position in time.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPROJECT DELIVERY- Understanding customer needs, contractual requirements
- Coordinating and monitoring progress with factories, head office and other internal stakeholders across Asia and the world
- Overseeing Final Acceptance Tests (including sea trials) and deliveryCUSTOMER SUPPORT- Working with the customer to resolve in-service issues and upgrades
- Maintain, enhance and create loyalty among customers and network of partnersRequirements
- Demonstrate a tenacious, logical and determined working style with strong interpersonal skills. Being fluent in French is advantageous to liaise with the HQ, but not mandatory. Knowledge of the navy or related industry is advantageous to know our client's environment. Able to conduct professional commercial and technical presentations at senior levels at the customer and within the organisation. Able to guide and focus a capture team to win and deliver large scale opportunities.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: - An eye for detail and organized approach to work
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Highly developed customer-facing skills. Pro-active and self-motivated with wide-ranging problem solving experience.
