Admin & Accounts Officer

**Accounts Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all the day to day transactional accounting for the business;
- Tracking all transactions, and post transactions into the SAP system;
- Prepare sales invoices, debit and credit notes
- Manage account payable and receivable functions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Liaise with customers for prompt AR payment and chase payment of existing debtors accounts
- Perform GST submission and CPF submission
- Prepare monthly payroll, commission, incentives and claims
**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming phone call and fax
- Assist the maintenance sales team to plan and notify customers about onsite maintenance; and prepare service report if necessary
- Replenishment of stationary and office supplies
- Providing administrative support and other duties as assigned.
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- admin & accounts: 1 year (preferred)
