**Responsibilities**:

- Global Brand Promotion: Drive the global market expansion and brand awareness of company products. Collaborate with overseas teams to develop localized branding strategies, marketing plans, and product promotion initiatives.
- Market-Specific Strategies: Identify target customer segments for different products and provide go-to-market strategies to ensure successful local campaign execution.
- Event Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and participate in overseas exhibitions and offline events as required by international teams.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Stay updated on global media trends and manage mainstream platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Leverage digital tools to enhance brand recognition and reputation in overseas markets.
- Team Leadership: Empower the team through regular training, guidance, support, supervision, and performance evaluation to improve overall effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, International Business, English, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in overseas market expansion and brand management. Experience in the hard-tech industry and team management is a plus.
- Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of global SNS platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and community engagement strategies to boost brand visibility and user loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Strong ability in market analysis, brand campaign planning, and integrated marketing for product launches, key events, and shopping festivals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking, business acumen, and managerial capabilities.
- Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).
