Mission The Brand Director is responsible for the internal retail performance of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand in line with the Maison strategy. Key Accountabilities P&L management, business development, people and operations management in close collaboration with brand regional office and Group Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit are essential to success Main Responsibilities Key Pillars P&L ownership of the department and delivery of the Retail strategy to achieve target sales objectives Collaborates closely with Brand Regional Office on strategic initiatives that adds brand value for the local market Leads and motivates the team to deliver results and optimise performance Manages relationships with Landlords Partners closely with Richemont support function Internal Network Management Accountability of DTC sales budgets Implement programs on merchandising, incentives, and action plans to achieve targets in collaboration with Regional Office Create initiatives that includes training, coaching and incentives that raise the bar for client service Work cross‑fuctionally with CRM, Supply Chain, Marketing and Events planning to drive boutique performance Plan and monitor monthly sales targets inclusive of analysis to support business improvements Define training programs for front line teams and ensure quality delivery Monitor staff performance and development needs, setting key performance indicators to measure success and regularly reviewing performance metrics Facilitate the efficient operations of the network in line with Brand standards and Group compliance Communication Support the Communications team in planning & implementing brand communication strategies based on the regional strategy Represent the brand in the respective markets at the highest standards People Management Develops and manages the team (both frontline and office) Provide cohesive and entrepreneurial environment that fosters new ideas that bring value add to brand Key Performance Indicators Sales Profitability Network and sales channel management Retailization frameworks (DTC management, product allocation, CRM, etc..) People management and turnover Knowledge And Professional Skills 10 years of market experience in brand management and/or retail Entrepreneurial, decisive and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Quick to action Proactive and open minded to create opportunities Strong negotiation skills and business acumen Highly analytical and uses facts and figures to support business proposals Strong in team management with proven success in building and motivating teams Brand culture/values fit and Company strategy Fit This job description should not be considered exhaustive of the duties performed by the person serving in this role and could be subject to review.
