**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**As Course Developer**:

- Develop a comprehensive course syllabus and materials aligned with SSG/WSQ standards (where applicable)
- Design content around prompt strategies (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.), use cases, and tool-specific frameworks (e.g., for ChatGPT, Midjourney)
- Create hands-on projects and exercises that allow learners to experiment with different prompt techniques across domains
- Ensure curriculum reflects the latest in LLM capabilities and responsible AI use

**As Trainer**:

- Deliver in-person or virtual training sessions using interactive, applied learning approaches
- Guide learners through real-world scenarios using generative AI tools
- Provide feedback and mentorship to support learners in building effective prompt strategies
- Administer quizzes, projects, or assessments to evaluate learning outcomes

**Experience Requirements**:

- at least **3 years of practical experience** using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar LLM/image generators
- Strong understanding of LLM behavior, tokenization, context windows, and prompt optimization techniques
- Experience designing **AI workflows or automations** (e.g., using Zapier, Make, OpenAI API, or Python-based tools) is a plus
- Prior experience **teaching or developing educational content** (preferably for adult learners) is strongly preferred
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into digestible, engaging training content

**Preferred Trainer Certifications (Aligned with Other Institutions)**:

- **WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)** - Required for delivering SSG-funded courses
- Certifications in AI or Prompt Engineering from platforms such as:

- **DeepLearning.AI’s ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers**:

- **OpenAI or Google Cloud AI/ML certifications**:

- **AI Design Sprint Facilitator** or similar practical credentials
- Prior delivery of bootcamps, workshops, or enterprise AI training is a bonus

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience using APIs and integrating AI tools with workflows (e.g., Notion, Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Familiarity with prompt chaining, personas, and structured output techniques
- Experience working with students or professionals in a cross-disciplinary environment (e.g., marketing + tech)
