We are looking for an experienced & strategic HR and Admin Manager to handle full HR spectrum and grant administration for our company and ensure they are executed efficiently and in proper manner.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- **Human Resource**_
- Carry out employees administration matters such as appointment, confirmation, orientation, performance appraisal, promotion, bonus/reward management, termination, insurance, training, claims, etc and ensure they are compliant to local laws and fair employment practices
- Review and implement HR processes and policy as well as job descriptions of all employees and motivate staff to understand and anticipate changing needs of the company, initiate work improvements, measures and projects
- Effectively manage employee communication and engagement (grievance, dispute etc), as well as tactfully resolve and handle any employees queries or disciplinary issue
- Partner and work closely with outsource accountant to ensure timely payment submission of monthly payroll processing, statutory submission of iR8A and IR21
- Ensure timely submission of relevant claims and grants to the respective government agencies (e.g. NS Make-up Claims, Government-paid Leaves, waiver of foreign worker levy)
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure HR legal compliance
- Prepare HR related support and report required by internal stakeholders
- **Grant Administration**_
- Manage and implement grants administration processes, ensure compliance to respective grant’s guidelines
- Work with internal teams to provide inputs, evaluation of projects and utilise / optimise the grant programme
- Monitor and report on the progress of project implementation by grants recipients to ensure their meeting of milestones and timely claims submission and disbursement
- Ensure grants management and other key documents are properly filed digitally on the company’s intranet

**Qualifications**
- At least a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years of HR working experience, with 5 years of human resource management experience in the capacity of a HR Manager
- IHRP Certified Professional is an a plus, but not a must
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
- Experience in grants management is an added advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues
- Meticulous and well organised
- Proactive, resourceful, dynamic and resilient

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- HR managerial: 5 years (preferred)
- Grant admin / management: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
