Human Resource Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR-related functions within the organization. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and maintaining a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Staffing**:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire hiring process including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- **Performance Management**:
- Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
- **Training & Development**:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Review and recommend compensation adjustments in line with market trends.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain HR records and handle audits as necessary.
- **HR Strategy & Planning**:
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management for decision-making.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
