**About the role - you will**:
**About you**:

- Help manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain GTA Programs websites and related documentation
- Prepare SLA reports for support functions
- Creating/updating the test scripts for and participating in UAT for.
- Participate in regional projects and programs as required
- Help with testing of all the integrations and new product releases
- Contribute to stakeholder management by helping build weekly and monthly status reports
- Test the newly developed reports and dashboards to ensure data is streamlined across all reporting points
- Support new initiatives such as mentoring reboot, project marketplace reboot, and career pathing launch

**Your experience includes**:

- Interest in GTA processes and tools with a desire to learn and grow
- Quick learner of new technologies
- Ability in building effective relationships
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
- Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills
- Proven experience in learning and change management, preferably in a technology or HR setting.
- Comfortable with providing training and conducting webinars.
- Leadership skills, with a knack for strategic planning and execution.

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work.
