Assist the Operations Manager (OM) or Operations Executives (OEs) in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities inclusive of ensuring efficient and effective resource utilisation
- Assist the OEs to ensure daily smooth operations at the clinic and management of operations team members in providing service and patient care
- Conduct routine facilities checks and work with vendors to ensure proper upkeeping of clinic facilities
- Participate in activities (e.g. workgroup discussions and audits) to improve work processes and service quality
- Secretariat for clinic meetings (e.g. presentation slides and write-ups)
- Data gathering and basic analysis to aid decision making or innovation projects
- Organising of departmental level events
- Other operations and administrative tasks as assigned by the OM or OEs

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with an ability to take on a leadership role when required
- Possess a passion for healthcare
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
