**Specialist, Mobility (8-month Contract)**

The Mobility Specialist will provide support and manage all Asia inbound and outbound mobility and cross-border cases and topics (6 countries in Asia) in close collaboration with the People Managers/People Partners of the ‘sending’ and ‘receiving’ country, and the respective regional leads in the Rewards team.

This role will also support our global initiatives in the development of our global mobility policies and practices with the further enhancement of the operational aspects towards operational excellence and delivery of products and services that provide best possible experience for our clients and users.

**Member of Global Total Rewards Team**:
The role will be part of the Global Total Rewards team with 3 professionals in US (Phoenix), 2 in Asia (Singapore) and 3 in Europe (Almere, Netherlands). The role will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Director, Total Rewards.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and handle all mobility and cross-border cases within ASM Asia, which includes but not limited to, international assignments, permanent transfers, and business travellers
- Advise People Partners, People managers and employees on mobility questions arising from mobility related policies and insurance, which include but not limited to, immigration, social security and tax point of view and keep them up to date on changes in legislation, regulations, procedures, etc.
- Ensure compliancy and handle end to end mobility formalities such as relocation support, immigration, tax, payroll, balance sheets, cost estimates, etc. while ensuring a positive experience for our employees.
- Support Global Mobility initiatives such as the enhancement of robust mobility processes& coordination, policy reviews and create awareness of mobility topics amongst People Managers, People Partners and employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the finance, tax and legal departments and managers
- Coordinate and manage the network of service providers, relocation partners, tax advisors etc. that provide services as part of the global mobility operating model
- Proactively review and analyze data to monitor service standards, performance, financials, and client satisfaction to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in resolving service issues, and take appropriate action to make improvements; in that regard develop and implement processes to further improve operational and service excellence and serve as first internal point of escalation for any client issues within Asia
- Support regional and/or global projects within the Total Rewards Team that may include tasks outside of global mobility in the rewards space

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 to 10 years’ experience in full suite of mobility management and/or administration
- Strong understanding of immigration and tax legislations across Asia countries
- Work experience in a growing, high-pace environment
