We are looking for a self-starting and experienced UX / UI Designer to join our team.

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma would be preferable)
- Current working knowledge of and experience in design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop
- Strong communication skills suitable to a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent time-management skills
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and delivering platform wide solutions

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely various teams to evaluate user requirements
- UX research and interviews with target user groups and our private beta users
- Story boarding, presenting and documenting process flows
- Develop UI mock-ups and pixel perfect prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and present
- Design graphic user interface elements, like icons, menus, tabs and widgets
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Assist various stakeholders across the organization including the Executive team, business and development managers, to create UX and UI strategy and priorities related to core functionalities
