We develop digital production direction and consultation services to help game creators overcome these challenges and achieve their goals. **Job Role**:
DIRECTOR

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Identify and analyse clients requirements from market trends.

2. Build Sales, Operation, Design team. Mining potential clients, make effective solutions and achieve goals.

3. Strong people management and experience in coordination is needed for this role.

4. Development and digital production direction and consultation services.

5. Game funding support to expedite the project if necessary

**Qualification**

1. Fluent and proficient in written & communication in Japanese and English

2. At least 10 years of work experience in game industry

3. Familiar with Singapore, Japan market

4. Experience in develop marketing plans, team leading

6. At least 1 AAA title shipment experience in recent console or equivalent (PC, PS5 XBox series X) in development director or similar role.
