Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as a Specialist Technical Support in our After Sales Department.
- Provide daily general technical and diagnostic support, as well as technical parts support to all importers within
the Asia Pacific region
- Support the markets in vehicle diagnostics and fault finding, relating to Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles
(ICE), Plug-In Hybrid Electrical Vehicles (PHEV), and Battery Electrical Vehicles (BEV)
- Provide market support for special tools, workshop equipment, as well as Porsche After Sales IT systems
- Support High-Voltage/Li-Ion Battery repair concept, including working on live systems (High Voltage Expert),
training and preparing markets for the introduction of Battery Electric Vehicles
- Provide market support regarding online connectivity functions and diagnosis
- Support the After Sales team in various projects and assignments
**Qualifications

- Certified automotive technician with a Degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering or equivalent education
preferred
- At least 3 years of automotive retail experience with a thorough understanding of customer service and workshop
processes, preferably with a premium brand
- Experience working in multicultural working environments with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, communication, and reporting skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to work and travel on a flexible schedule depending on business needs
