**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:
(1) Pre-sales processing, in particular;

a) Prepare samples board for salespersons

b) Arrange for samples to be delivered to client by salesperson or

dispatch

c) Take off measurement from plans/drawings.

(2) After-sales processing, in particular;

a) Reserve stock (for ex-stock) or place order (for indent stock) to

Procurement dept once quotation is confirmed,

b) Prepare quotations, duping of work orders & delivery orders.

c) Submit workers’ namelist, Risk Assessment and Method of Statement

to client.

(3) Customer Satisfaction, in particular;

a) Attend to enquiries & feedback,

b) Check stock status for Customers &/or Salespersons.

(4) Administrative Support for Salesperson

a) Assist in all typing & administrative work

b) Attend to Purchase Orders

(5) Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
