And now we are looking for a Head of Content to work in partnership with our Creative and accounts team, to deliver amazing vide, written and social content.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As Head of Content you will be responsible for:

- Oversee the writing, social and video team
- Deliver high quality content outputs and ensure best practice
- Work closely with our Creative Director, Creative Services Manager, MD and Accounts Team to ensure we deliver great work
- Push
- Working across a range clients across APAC including Tech, B2B and FMCG (but not limited to this)
- Collaborate with our teams in the UK and US to share best practice and support deliverables
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders / clients
- Support with recruitment and management of the wider freelancer network

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- An agency background (and a small agency is even better)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, clients and deliverables, without being phased
- Copywriting background, either (or both) long and short form
- Strong leadership skills
- People management - helping nurture and grow talent
- Innovative and creative thinker - always looking for ways to do bigger, better, smarter
- Able to think both at a high strategic level and a granular level
- Business acumen, and understanding of operations
- A strong network in Singapore
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a variety of budgets, spreadsheets and reporting documents
- Identify new business opportunities and growth opportunities within accounts
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Work effectively with co-workers, clients and others by sharing thoughts and ideas in a constructive and positive manner

**Must have**:

- 7+ Years of marketing/creative agency/B2B/copywriting experience
- The ability to understand our client’s customers and objectives to generate great outputs
- Confident in front of clients and the ability to present both virtually and in person
- A collaborative approach to work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised, proactive and efficient
- Amazing attention to detail and a passion for getting things done to a high standard

**Nice to have skills**:

- Experience of working in a startup or small business environment
- Experience of working on cloud computing/technology industry
- Fluent in another APAC language besides English
