As Head of Content, you'll be the strategic and creative force behind our content output. You will oversee ideation, creation, and distribution of content across social, digital, and traditional channels. You'll work closely with Creative, Strategy, Account and Client teams to deliver content that doesn't just meet KPIs but makes brands culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and lead the agency's content vision, ensuring ideas are innovative, on-brand, and platform-appropriate.
  • Develop content frameworks that align with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Champion storytelling excellence across campaigns, from social-first ideas to long-form branded content.
  • Creative Development & Oversight
  • Guide creative teams in conceptualising and producing engaging, high- quality content across formats (video, social, editorial, experiential, influencer-driven).
  • Maintain a sharp eye on trends, platforms, and technologies to keep agency work fresh and competitive.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and brand messaging across all client content.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary content team (writers, editors, producers, community managers, etc.).
  • Foster collaboration between creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated work.
  • Inspire teams with a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and craft excellence.
  • Client Engagement & Growth
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients on content strategy and execution.
  • Present and pitch content strategies, ideas, and campaigns with clarity and authority.
  • Help identify new content-led opportunities to grow client relationships and agency business.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years of experience in content, advertising, digital media, or publishing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful content campaigns for major brands.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and audience behaviours.
  • Strong editorial sensibility and ability to spot and shape compelling narratives.
  • Experience leading and inspiring creative/content teams.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to sell ideas and build trust.
  • A natural leader who balances creativity with commercial acumen.
