- Deliver high-quality customer service to all guests.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously with a smile.
- Manage reservations and inquire about the purpose of visits.
- Present menus and share promotions, specials, and items.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with guests.
- Remember and recognize regulars and VIPs.
- Engage new and existing customers with exemplary service.
- Provide personalized service and interactions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Tipsy brands and offerings.
- Implement plans to deliver excellent service.
- Adhere to Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies.
- Escalate guest complaints to the duty manager if necessary.
- Ensure proper table maintenance and provide table service when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
