**Job Opportunity: Centre Manager**:

**Job Scope / Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration**:

- Manage daily operations and administration of the centre.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of classes and activities.
- Support in preparing the annual budget.

**Programme & Service Development**:

- Plan, review, and improve abacus and mental arithmetic programmes.
- Work with management on strategies to enhance teaching methods and introduce new initiatives.

**Networking & Outreach**:

- Liaise with schools, parents, and community partners to promote programmes.
- Support outreach activities to increase student enrolment and strengthen parent engagement.

**Operations**:

- Supervise and support teaching and admin staff to ensure quality lessons.
- Guide teachers in lesson standards, student progress tracking, and programme quality.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to staff for improvement.
- Track student performance and provide progress updates to parents and management.
- Handle submission of reports and records as required.

**Other Duties**:

- Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a student care centre, tuition centre, kindergarten, or enrichment centre.
- Polytechnic Diploma or higher qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and children.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
