Singapore Brain Development Centre (SBDC) is a leading provider of comprehensive cognitive training programs aimed at developing the full potential of the brain.

We are seeking a centre manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful intakes of our programs. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of managerial tasks and creating/delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of the students.

1. Parent and Student Engagement: Conduct skills assessment tests for prospective students/parents interested in enrolling in our programs. Collect relevant information and assess their educational needs to recommend a suitable program.

2. Centre Operations: Work closely with the operations and admin team and oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre. This includes scheduling, coordinating classroom arrangements, and ensuring a conducive learning environment for students.

4. Curriculum Management: Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the effective implementation of the centre’s curriculum. Continuously review and refine the curriculum to align with educational objectives and student needs.

5. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage teaching and administrative staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide support and feedback to ensure staff's continuous growth and development.

6. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of teaching and learning within the centre. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall educational experience.

7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.

8. Clients Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field.

3. Strong Proficiency in English or Math.

4. Demonstrate a strong commitment to nurturing students and continuously strive to improve their teaching methods.

6. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to deliver engaging lessons and interacting with students and parents professionally.

7. Ability to work on weekends.
