**What the role is**
- Lead the development, review and implementation of HR policies while ensuring alignment with whole-of-government initiatives and internal governance frameworks.
**What you will be working on**
- Develop and review HR policies across employment lifecycle (e.g. appointments, movements, exit) - Partner with PSD on whole-of-government HR policy alignment - Establish policy governance frameworks and review mechanisms - Provide expert interpretation and stakeholder communications - Lead policy implementation and change management - Conduct policy impact assessments
**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of HR policy experience - Strong analytical and writing skills - Proven stakeholder management experience - Knowledge of public service HR frameworks
