Singapore BGC Group Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for executing plans to increase sales and accelerate growth in the modern trade segment. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will ensure that commercial initiatives are executed effectively to achieve business goals.

Your duties will encompass the development of modern trade strategies, managing accounts, forecasting and reporting sales, organizing trade promotions and merchandising efforts, as well as leading and nurturing the team's professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor in business administration, marketing or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in modern trade sales management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) i.e. personal care & grooming industry
- In-depth knowledge of modern trade dynamics, retail operations, and market trends.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
