**Roles & Responsibilities**
Support the Operations & Client Relationship Executive with the following:
- Manage customer needs and expectation
- Build relationship with customers
- Liaise with technical team and arrange daily scheduling and ensure smooth operation process
- Resolving complaints for external and internal customer
- Overseeing movements of technicians
- Main administrator for FSM
- Formulate strategic and operational objective
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
