**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Level 1 Support**:Provide first-line technical support for SAP Concur and other relevant IT systems.
- ** Problem Resolution**:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP Concur, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution.
- ** User Assistance**:Assist users in understanding and utilizing SAP Concur functionalities effectively.
- ** Incident Management**:Log and track incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- ** Knowledge Base**:Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for SAP Concur support.
- ** Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on the latest SAP Concur developments and industry best practices.

**PROFILE**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years of SAP Concur support experience
- Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules (e.g., Travel, Expense, Invoice)
- Experience with other procurement and expense management tools (e.g., Coupa)
- Experience in a consulting or support environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with client
- Hands-on S4 Hana experience will be added value
- Certified SAP Concur will be added value
- Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
