Job Summary We are looking for a SAP Concur Consultant to join our team. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice) for global clients. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes Configure SAP Concur modules, including workflows, audit rules, and reporting Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle)Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)Deliver end‐user and administrator training sessions Provide post‐go‐live production support and troubleshooting Recommend process improvements, automation solutions, and optimization of SAP Concur use Work collaboratively with global and cross‐functional teams Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands‐on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice)Strong configuration and administration skills across SAP Concur modules Good understanding of integration approaches using SAP CPI, Boomi, or APIs Knowledge of travel and expense policies, finance operations (AP/AR), and compliance standards (such as VAT/GST reclaim)Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment SAP Concur certifications or formal training., experience working with SAP FI/CO or procurement processes and exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus Experience working with multinational and diverse teams, proactive approach to problem identification and solution recommendation and strong focus on continuous improvement and learning is a plus Why Join Us At ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
