**Job Summary**:We are seeking a dedicated and organized Schools Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school. This role will involve managing school transport operations, maintaining an inventory of school assets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of school activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day school operations to ensure efficient functioning.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the school's transport operations, including working closely with transport vendor(s) and parents for smooth day to day transport deployment and operations.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate a productive learning environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Address any operational challenges that arise promptly and effectively.
- Support budgeting and financial management related to school operations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to promote teamwork and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations executive or manager role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and students.
- Strong teamwork capabilities with a focus on collaboration and support.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to assess problems and implement solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with school management systems or operations is a plus.
