We are seeking an **Accountant for Financial Accounting & Reporting** who can bring structure, reliability, and visibility to our financial operations. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions across all four outlets, enabling management to make informed decisions through timely and accurate financial data.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Outlet Accounting & Financial Management**
- Handle **full sets of accounts** for all four outlets, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- **Prepare accurate, timely monthly financial reports** for each outlet in a format easily accessible by management.
- Track daily sales, reconcile POS reports, and monitor COGS and margins across outlets.
- Maintain and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders, and inventory data.

**Cash Flow & Payment Control**
- Prepare **weekly and monthly cash flow reports** across the group.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, staff payroll coordination, and expense tracking.

**Audit, Tax & Regulatory Compliance**
- **Submit annual reports and tax returns** in compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (e.g., ACRA, IRAS).
- Handle **GST filings, PIC claims, and tax reimbursements** accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents, and support all audit activities.

**Document Control & Accessibility**
- Ensure all **invoices, receipts, and financial records are properly filed and organized**, and are **readily accessible upon request** by management or auditors.
- Set up digital and physical document systems for easy traceability and audit-readiness.

**Process Improvements & Internal Controls**
- Review and implement improvements to financial systems and internal controls across outlets.
- Propose and support the **digitalization of accounting workflows** and documentation.

**Management Reporting & Analysis**
- Provide outlet-level **P&L summaries, performance insights**, and trend analyses for management meetings.
- Highlight financial red flags, inefficiencies, or cost anomalies with actionable recommendations.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ISCA) are an advantage.

**Experience**
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** managing full sets of accounts, ideally in F&B or multi-unit operations.
- Experience in Singapore tax.
- GST, and ACRA reporting is a good to have.

**Skills & Tools**
- Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with POS and inventory systems preferred.
- Strong recordkeeping and document organization habits.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
