Singapore DISCIPLINA ASSET MANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

We are a quantitative equity hedge fund specializing in Asian markets and am now looking to incrementally add the role of Operations Director to further strengthen the middle-office team. This is a newly established role and will be reporting directly to the COO.

This role is highly entrepreneurial and requires a willingness to acquire information and skills in a wide array of functions. This position is based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Perform daily T+1 trade, position & cash reconciliations and engage with brokers to resolve any breaks;
- Streamline Corporate Actions processing;
- Assist in Shadow NAV / General Ledger;
- Implement a Treasury function to better track Cash and assist with portfolio hedging;
- Assist COO with business management projects and in enhancing operational efficiency, controls and analytics;
- Lead, guide and train / upskill the operations team.

**Requirements include**:

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in similar role and/or prior working experience in buy side or asset management firms would be a plus;
- Working proficiency in OMS & PMS;
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and independent;
- Able to work on public holidays.
