**Job ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource (HR)**8851
- Prepare HR letters, including employment contracts, increment letters, promotion/demotion letters, certificates of employment, and confirmation letters.
- Handle company insurance, medical welfare, and workmen compensation claims.
- Enroll or remove employees from the Healthway Medical portal based on employment status.
- Manage recruitment for new or replacement hires, including scheduling and conducting interviews and preparing HR-related documents (e.g., appointment, confirmation letters).
- Oversee staff onboarding and exit processes.
**Payroll Management**
- Maintain and update employee data in payroll software.
- Process bi-monthly and monthly payroll in a timely manner, including:
- Attendance and temperature tracking (punch card system).
- Leave management (HR calendar, payroll system, government leave grants like paternity or childcare leave).
- Overtime (OT) tracking and calculations.
- CPF submissions.
- IR21 submissions for foreign employee resignations.
- Generate payslips and payroll reports.
**Ministry of Manpower (MOM)-Related Tasks**
- Complete MOM surveys.
- Apply, renew, or cancel work permits and S Passes.
- Submit FWL (Foreign Worker Levy) waivers.
- Manage bi-annual medical check-ups for foreign workers.
- Handle IR21 submissions for foreign worker income tax clearances.
**General Affairs**
- Liaise with IT vendors on IT-related matters.
- Manage office and mobile phone systems and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate general office facilities tasks, including renovations and lease renewals.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of payroll experience.
- Familiarity with Info-Tech payroll systems is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
**Other Information**
- **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
- **Salary**: S$3,000 - S$3,500 (based on experience).
- **Location**: EW6 Kembangan
