**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in Oracle database development and PL/SQL programming.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux operating systems, scripting, and automation.
- Utilize Control-M for job scheduling, monitoring, and automation purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to database performance, job execution, and data processing.
- Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk Management:

- Possess a deep understanding of credit risk and liquidity risk concepts, methodologies, and calculations used in financial institutions.
- Familiarity with Moody's frameworks and risk assessment models.
- Collaborate with risk analysts and stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Solution Design and Implementation:

- Develop data models, data mappings, and data integration processes to ensure smooth data flow.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management solutions into existing systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct rigorous testing of developed solutions to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.
- Collaborate with business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality and user-friendliness.
- Documentation and Training:

- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, processes, and data flows.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to end-users and team members on implemented solutions.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to credit risk and liquidity risk management.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize risk management operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in the financial industry.
- Strong expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix, and Control-M.
- In-depth knowledge of credit risk and liquidity risk concepts, preferably in the context of financial institutions and Moody's frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and risk management tools will be a plus.
