**Job Title: Technical Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, solution architecture design, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of our technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients' technical teams and end-users to facilitate successful adoption and utilization.
- Customize and extend our solutions to meet specific client requirements, leveraging scripting languages, APIs, and other development tools as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to ensure mínimal disruption to client operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support services.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product updates, sharing insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide post-implementation support, including ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements, to maximize the value of our solutions for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical consulting role, with a focus on software implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, balancing client needs, project constraints, and product capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for meetings, workshops, and project implementations.
