Attend and Contribute to Tender/customer briefing, discussion, presentation during sale stages.
- Provide consultancy to the customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Presales Team on ensuring that the end-to-end solution is as per the requirement on the tender / customer's expectation.
- Collaborate with presales to ensure that the Man-days sizing for the projects are sized reasonably
- Collaborate with the presales to ensure that the bill of material is correct.
- Collaborate with the presales on the Proposal / High Level Design.
- Endorse the Proposal / High Level Design.
- Collaborate with Sales and Presales to ensure a smooth handover to the Technical Delivery Team.
- Attended Technical Workshop with the Technical Delivery Team, to governance the scope of work, and the architecture design.
- Oversee and ensure no gaps in the end-to-end solution design.
- Collaborate with the SME of the Technical Delivery Team and the Technical Lead to ensure there is no gaps in the Low-Level Design / Functional Specification Design/ System & Software & Security Acceptant Test Plan.
- Endorse the document to ensure a smooth delivery of the projects.
- Provide Technical consultancy to the Technical Delivery Team during the implementation phase.
- Consortium to ensure a consistent template used by the Technical Delivery Team.

Requirement:

- At least 8 years in IT line, and with least 2 years each working on different technologies & solutions.
- Able to see from both the business perspective, high level and low level.
- At least 2 skillsets majoring in Network (including Perimeter Defense), Cybersecurity, systems, Cloud, Voice, Contact Center, IoT, with automation skillset in the major.
- Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Polite and able to communicate well to the clients, client oriented.
- Able to speak the lingos of various technologies with sales team and clients.
- No afraid to speak up when there is mistake make by others.
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in extended hours.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team when delivering projects
