Singapore HOST PTE. LTD. Full time

As Technical Consultant, you will be in-charge of pre and post sales, resolve and troubleshoot customers’ technical issue and assist in leads generation activities.

**What will you deliver?**
- Pre-sales support which involves providing support for sales team during customer engagement, system design configuration, architecture proposals, review tender specifications, on site presentations and classroom/site trainings for customers.
- Post-sales support which involves troubleshooting at site, simple commissioning activities, etc, to help resolve customer issue.
- Coordinate with Principal vendors on training, product updates and support, etc.
- Support manager to provide guidance to junior technical consultants.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Automation/Control engineering or related discipline.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide solution demonstration and presentation to customer.
- Proven track record to build relationships, influence customers at all levels and service-oriented
- Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
