Asia Sales Excellence Leader- Oral Care Solutions

**Job Description**:
The Sales Excellence Leader is responsible for driving sales development strategy, standardized learning, sales tools and processes to optimize sales productivity across Oral Care Solutions Division, Asia.
He/She is an experienced sales leader with exceptional problem solving and coaching skills, with proven track record of driving growth by improving team effectiveness.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive excellence in Sales Management for the division across Asia in the areas of: Territory coverage optimization and Opportunity management
- Drive Operational Excellence in aligning the sales and marketing process with the customer journey leading to better efficiency in account acquisition and penetration
- Drive mindset change in our organization, with increasing focus on customers
- Work with Sales Managers for training on Sales Marketing Partnerships (SMP) and behavior change
- Conduct area sales capability assessments to determine needs
- Support Sales and Marketing Partnerships and KPI’s alignment between Sales & Marketing
- Build area focus curriculum for sales capability development
- Align playbook with SFDC reports and dashboards to drive standardize approach and effective utilization of sales teams
- Integrate, analyse and connect data from various resources (external and internal) to provide overall health of business & organization
- Accountable for teams' data literacy and elevate organizational knowledge & skills
- Assess & share needs for area and country sales teams
- Partner with Division and Global Marketing Center to co-create specialty programs aligned to go-to-market models and division sales development priorities.
- Lead the Pipeline Management Playbook Execution for the division, in collaboration with Sales Mangers for adoption
- Lead the Customer Segmentation Playbook execution in area/division, ensuring periodical data update
- Align playbook with SFDC reports and dashboards to drive standardize approach and effective utilization of sales teams
- Integrate, analyse and connect data from various resources (external and internal) to provide overall health of business & organizatio
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- +10 years’ experience in Healthcare / Medical Device industry: Senior Sales or Channel Management/Leadership Roles; preferably in a multi-country capacity
- Strategic sales planning, strong business acumen
- Analysis skills (understands financials, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators); Ability to identify patterns, verify assumptions using Business Intelligence data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.), and convert insight into actionable tactics or good practices to be rolled out.
- Proven track record of driving growth in complex and ever-changing business environments and market lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management across the organization and drive business transformation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA/Masters a plus
