**Job Description**:
Integrated Marketing Manager, Asia

This role will report to the Asia Integrated Marketing Leader, Asia Marketing Center.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead Asia integrated marketing program in partnership with Oral Care and Filtrations Solutions teams and cross-functional stakeholders. They include Area and Country Sales & Marketing Leaders, Country Activation Marketers, Area Marketing Center and Area Digital Operations.
- Engage with stakeholders to educate and drive organizational transformation to elevate marketing and build 360-degrees integrated marketing and sales mindset.
- Develop and own Asia integrated marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Own Asia end-to-end Integrated Marketing programs for Oral Care and Filtration Solutions, from demand generation to lead nurture to sales conversion. Responsibilities include:

- Lead customer journey mapping and communication touch-points prioritization.
- Execute program by working with In-House Production Agency, Digital Operations Team & Area Media Agency to ensure programs are implemented on time.
- Track the end-to-end funnel performance result and optimize effectively to deliver the best results possible.
- Develop integrated marketing program briefs that articulate communication objectives and success criteria for vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Understand digital marketing platforms (incl. Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc), marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM tools and leads/sales tracking platform (eg. SFDC) to build effective programs.

Campaign Performance Optimization
- Set clear, measurable KPIs in line with business and area priorities, including digital & offline marketing, customer education and business sales targets.
- Website performance optimization
- Campaign optimization based on KPIs and deliverables
- Digital media optimization based on KPIs and deliverables

Lead localization of dotcom/digital platforms and platform-related contents
- Define SPSD website priorities in cooperation with the area stakeholders
- Define product portfolio to be digitalized in cooperation with the area/local business team
