**Senior HR Executive - Payroll**

**Note: Work From Home arrangements
**About the business**:
A leading Voluntary Welfare Organization (VWO) in Singapore with the mission to improve the life of its community and caregivers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Handle full spectrum of payroll processes and responsible for monthly payroll processing on a timely and accurate basis, including income tax and reimbursements.**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal data in InfoTech system, manage leave administration and prepare HR letters.
- **Manage grants and funding claims.**:

- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with internal HR policies.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees.
- Liaise with statutory bodies - IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc. with regards to employees’ remuneration
- Prepare statistical reports as requested by government agencies.
- Prepare analysis of payroll data for reporting to management and Finance department
- Responsible for processing staff insurance claims and liaise with insurance agent for insurance compensation claim process.
- Prepare Annual Manpower Budget and Annual Increment & Bonus exercise.
- Advise employees on all HR related matters.
- Undertake other HR functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Business or its other equivalent.
- **5 years of prior job experience in payroll processing (InfoTech software experience would be an added advantage) **.
- **2 years of Compensation and Benefits experience and knowledge is advantageous **.
- **Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.**
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).**
- Numeric, strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Resourceful, and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
- Meticulous and possess great initiative.
