In this dynamic role, you will:
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Benefits Managers, and business owners, driving business development efforts
- Drive client success by deeply understanding their objectives and exceeding expectations through collaborative goal-setting and effective sales strategies
- Transform satisfied clients into enthusiastic advocates, leveraging their achievements for compelling references and case studies
- Maximise client utilisation and engagement by promoting the full suite of product features
- Utilise account data to proactively identify business development opportunities and challenges, developing innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to champion client needs and ensure smooth service adoption, enhancing sales effectiveness
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction, fueling organic growth and fostering long-term partnerships while driving sales
- Develop and implement customised health and wellness solutions tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of workplace wellness programs, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver engaging wellness initiatives, workshops, and events
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on a wide range of health and wellness topics, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mental health
- Utilise data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs and initiatives, making data driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for workplace wellness, participating in industry events, conferences, and webinars to share insights and expertise, enhancing brand visibility
- Drive client engagement and retention through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and personalised support
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling collateral, presentations, and proposals to attract new clients and expand our reach in the corporate wellness market, driving sales expansion

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in health promotion, public health, nutrition, exercise science, business administration, or related field; additional certifications in wellness coaching, corporate wellness, sales, or business development preferred
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience in healthcare, wellness, or corporate services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Proactive, customer-focused, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally
