We’re looking for a high-energy Corporate Wellness Lead to spearhead a key global wellness partnership and drive engagement, performance, and long-term well-being across a multinational workforce.

**Who you are**:

- A **high-energy leader** passionate about **organisational wellness** and **driving real change** in how people move, feel, and perform.
- Experienced in **delivering in-person personal training sessions and fitness classes**, with a background in **sports science, coaching, or corporate wellness programs**.
- A strong **relationship builder**, able to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures and locations.
- An **ambitious coach** excited to take the next step in your career by leading a **global wellness initiative.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a key account manager, you will lead and scale a **corporate wellness program** across an international workforce for one of UFIT’s corporate partners.
- Deliver engaging **wellness initiatives**, including fitness classes, health seminars, and coaching programs.
- Foster a thriving **wellness community** through digital platforms and in-person activations.
- Work closely with **leadership teams** to develop innovative, **data-driven wellness strategies**.
- Work with the **wider UFIT team** to support the organisation in all aspects of their **health and wellness needs**.
- **Build an annual calendar** of events, challenges, and campaigns to **drive employee engagement** and instigate better health habits across the company.

**Remuneration**:
Attractive base wage, plus commission based on driving employee engagement with your program.
