Customer. Service" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization. Maximize customer’s satisfaction by providing professional services and consultancy while promoting service products to support Nano Purification Solutions mission & growth plan. **Key Responsibilities**: - Generate Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices based on quotations provided. - Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and service schedules. - Liaise with internal teams to arrange services and spare part requirements. - Monitor and follow up on backorders through to delivery and invoicing completion. - Manage, update, and optimize service engineers’ schedules and daily job assignments. - Maintain accurate customer records in the system and notify the Autocount Admin of updates. - Process all relevant documentation to support sales and service functions. - Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management. - Procure parts for ad hoc purchase orders and service contract requirements. - Ensure GRN and inventory records are updated promptly and accurately. - Directly liaise with customers to confirm service appointments and follow-up actions. **To succeed, you will need** **Requirements Qualifications**: - GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level / ITE / Diploma holders - At least 2-3-years of experience in similar role - Positive work attitude and willing to learn - Good team player and communication skills **Preferred Skills & Competencies** - Computer literate - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong customer focused and deeply determined - Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work under time constraints - High sense of urgency - Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability - Excellent interpersonal skills - Must be able to work independently and as a team player **In return, we offer you** - A culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behaviour and integrity. - We actively promote a culture of empowerment, allowing our employees to make a difference, rewarding passion, engagement, and solution thinking. - We celebrate success together and embrace setbacks and opportunities.
