Service Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and skilled service sales support administrator to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. Service is an integral part in our business, we pride ourselves in providing unmatched best-in-class comprehensive services to help our customers realize the quality, precision, performance of our products over a long lifetime.
To be successful as a service sales support administrator you should be able to assist sales team in such a way that it allows them to pursue sales targets, rather than being tied down with additional paperwork by carry out the follow scopes:
- Preparing and send quotation to customer in a timely manner
- Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer
- Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately
- Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers
- Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team
- Ability to communicate both internal and external customers at all levels
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
**Requirements**:
- Some experience in commercial practice and sales admin experience
- Understanding in SAP CRM is a plus attribute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adaptable, multi-tasking, good organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment
- A good team player
- Good command in English and Chinese
- ITE/ Diploma equivalents
