**Sr Manager/Associate Director, Medical Affairs**

**(Medical Project / Risk Management Mitigation / Training, Kite Intercontinental Region)**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Medical Project / Risk Management Mitigation / Training Senior Manager or Assoc Director who will be responsible for medical projects, Risk Management Mitigation activities and medical learning/development (L&D) for the Intercontinental Region. This position reports to the Head of Medical Affairs, Kite Intercontinental Region.

**Key Responsibilities**

Intercontinental Regional Medical Project (~55%)
- Manage regional medical projects (not limited to medical symposiums, advisory board meetings, preceptorships, internal training curriculum development and training execution) from design to completion, anticipating obstacles and difficulties that may arise, resolving them in a collaborative manner with relevant stakeholders
- Communication and management of external vendors for medical projects
- Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, facilitating meetings with TLs and HCPs and etc
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in hematology/oncology and the company’s therapeutic areas of interest

Intercontinental Regional Risk Management Mitigation (~30%)
- Provide leadership and be responsible of Risk Management Mitigation related activities (example and not limited to medical training decks) for the Intercontinental region, including review and updating of training deck where necessary. Work with Intercontinental region Medical Head and GLPS in defining if additional training to sites is required based on updates.
- Adhere to corporate and health care compliance guidance in all activities, including those related to clinical trials, scientific interactions with internal and external groups.

Intercontinental Regional Training (~15%)
- Establish medical training curriculum for Intercontinental region, develop and maintain training materials, organize medical training to meet specific needs of Intercontinental region.

**Knowledge, Experience and Skills**:

- Industry experience is essential, including experience within cell therapy, oncology or hematology.
- Must have demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent judgment and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong presentation skills are required.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international conferences which will include occasional weekend travel is required.
