My client, a Well-Established Global Pharmaceutical Company, is looking out for a competent Medical Affairs Associate for their Regional Businesses. Here are the requirements:
**Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Medical Affairs Director/manager in:

- Coordinating medical-led activities such as Advisory board meetings, scientific meetings and preceptorships
- Accountable for execution of evidence generation activities as well as data dissemination by medical team, including required medical review for evidence generation activities or medical materials.
- Support regional medical affairs in:

- Managing Medical Affairs newcomers onboarding and related activities
- Managing functional sharing platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Lead and manage various regional medical affairs projects/initiatives as assigned by regional Head of Medical Affairs.

**Requirements:
- Has strong organizational and process management skills and able to multi-task effectively
- Able to demonstrate project management capability and is a highly effective communicator with strong influencing ability and communication skills
- Able to function effectively and successfully in a complex global & multicultural environment
- Possess advanced Life Science degree, preferably PhD with previous experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical organization, especially Medical Affairs but not mandatory
- Able to take personal responsibility and accountability with fluency in English (written and verbal communication skills)
