- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sales of Spare Parts, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).
- Handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints regarding modification/spare parts/ service etc.
- Work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.
- Handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.
- Responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
- Liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/spec/ price issue.
- Responsible for Japan factory engineer labour order and process.
- Bi-weekly/Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).
- Analyze monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).
