We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Business Performance Lead.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for identifying and executing optimizing direct and indirect cost in the Cards business across 9 markets within Asia
- Collaborate with market teams, marketing, finance, operations, underwriting and others to understand and optimize costs and drive profitable growth
- Improve visibility to cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities. Optimize technology investment budget call out cost risks / opportunities
- Conduct cost review across markets and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct variance analysis and help prepare for strategic review of the businesses
- Monitor, manage, and mitigate non-financial risks of the business
- KPIs: CER, CPA, Transaction Margin, and other Cost efficiency improvement metrics
Requirements
- An accredited Degree/Diploma Holder
- Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of unsecured asset businesses
- Practical experience across multiple markets and/or in a regional role covering diverse markets in Asia
- Strong experience in maximizing Cards P&L in financial services industry
- Background in running multi-market cost initiatives
