The Territory Director role is a key position that will see you travelling regularly within Asia, as well as occasional visits to the UK and other European territories. You will be visiting top automotive and aerospace businesses to provide vital solutions to improve manufacturing processes.

You will need to enjoy interacting with customers, be an excellent problem solver with a real eye for detail and be able to work autonomously anywhere in the world. Travel is an integral part of this role so self-sufficiency and common sense are key as is the ability to adapt to multiple cultures and situations.

This is a sales development role, responsible for the management of the Asian and Pacific region and its distributors. The region includes South East Asia, North East Asia and Pacific. There are real growth opportunities in this region and an excellent time to further develop this market.

**Essential**
- Extensive (5-10 years) business development experience in the aerospace and

automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the management and development of a distributor network.
- Experience and understanding of Metrology market.
- Ability to perform under pressure in an autonomous and team environment.
- Innovative problem solving and strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, exceptionally driven, and keen to make a difference.
- Absolute focus to achieve outstanding levels of customer care.

**Desirable**
- Understanding of business development principles in an international

environment.
- Foreign language skills are beneficial.
- Graduate Level or equivalent professional qualifications.
